––Bentley has launched the world’s fastest, most luxurious and most expensive SUV, the Bentayga, in India at a starting price of Rs 3.85 crore. The options list is, well, limitless, so the sky’s the limit if you’re a prospective customer. What is standard for that price is a 600 bhp twin-turbo V12 (of course it is a petrol engine, you pleb) and the most luxury this side of a yacht. Oh, and you join the exalted company of a certain Queen Elizabeth ll, who is the first customer of the Bentayga. She will ditch her Range Rover for this new icon of British dominance.
With products like the Eterniti motors Artemis now fallen by the wayside, the Bentayga stands in a class of one, and can rightfully claim to be at the pinnacle of the SUV pile. At least, until the Lamborghini Urus comes along…
