Ford India has announced that it despatched 25,149 vehicles in the month of April, 2017. That includes the 17,531 exports as well. The company’s sales success was rounded off with the launch of new Sports Editions for the Figo and Figo Aspire, opening of new dealerships, and multiple customer engagement programmes.

In comparison to the sales made in April 2016 (at 16,470), Ford India has made a jump of 52.7 per cent, with domestic sales of 7,618 units and 17,531 exports, which add up to 25,149 vehicles. In April last year, the company reported 6,531 domestic sales and 9,939 ones for the export market.

Elsewhere, Ford also opened new dealerships in Jammu (J&K), Ghaziabad (UP), and Faridabad (Haryana), taking the number of dealerships to a strong 376, serving 209 cities in total.
