For 2022, the French brand Citroen has updated its flagship SUV, the C5 Aircross, in India. The C5 Aircross is only available in one trim — Shine.  For this, you’ll pay Rs 36.67 lakh (ex-showroom, India) — it costs Rs 2.89 lakh dearer than the last year’s model.

Since it’s a facelift, you’ll see a completely redesigned front end and revamped interiors. It retains the 177-bhp 2.0-litre diesel engine. Back to the exterior changes, the LED headlamps and DRLs are now different, the air intakes are broader, and it gets a new faux silver skid plate. Everything else remains unchanged except for the newly designed 18-inch alloys.

Inside, the new 10-inch touchscreen infotainment screen replaces the old 8-inch unit, the 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster now gets updated graphics and interface, and the shape of the AC vents is slightly tweaked.

Coming to the second row, as you know, the C5 Aircross features three separate sliding, reclining, and retractable seats, and these seats now have an additional 15 mm of cushioning. Plus, you have new upholstery for the seats, armrests, and centre console in black and grey leather and fabric. Stay tuned for our detailed review of the facelifted C5 Aircross.
