Yamaha launched a special edition model of the FZS-FI in India. The FZS Vintage Edition comes at a price of Rs 1.10 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). Over the standard FZS, it gets a tan-leather single-seat and vintage graphics. The new two-level seat is 26 mm wider in the hip area and 5mm thicker on this variant.

The FZS-FI Vintage edition is powered by the same 149cc, single-cylinder engine which produces 12.2 bhp and 1.38 kgm of torque. This motor is mated to a 5-speed gearbox. Other notable features include Bluetooth connectivity through Yamaha’s Motorcycle Connect X app, LED headlight and adjustable mono-shock suspension at the back.

Currently, the standard FZS-FI retails at Rs 1.05 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), which is a premium of about Rs 5,000. The standard version also comes with four colour options, while the special edition comes with just one – Vintage Green. What do you make of Yamaha’s latest?
